RES (Rudder, Elevator and Spoiler 2m span)
The 2025 RES competition has finished. Although the 6 contest series was reduced to 4 by the weather conditions, it was well attended by a total of 9 competitors. Clive Upperton was the overall winner, John Ivory was in second place and Colin Lucas 3rd. The top places were closely fought, and all enjoyed the flying.

The 2025 eCaprice competition has finished. Although the 6 contest series was reduced to 4 by the weather conditions, it was well attended by a total of 10 competitors. John Ivory was the overall winner, Clive Upperton was in second place and Robin Strange 3rd. There was some attrition of the delicate models of traditional tissue and balsa construction and it proved to be a challenging series.

COOMBES CONTESTS
The 2025 competition at Coombes for up to 2.5m span electrically launched gliders has finished. Although the 12 round series was reduced to 7 by the weather conditions, it was well attended by a total of 15 competitors. Mark Vale was the overall winner, Robin Strange was in second place and Tom Gaskin 3rd.
